Thank you for shopping with Maison de Poljak. We take care to ensure that every order is prepared and dispatched with the attention expected of the Maison.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock products are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional periods, new collection releases or periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products

Certain Maison de Poljak products, including selected footwear, jewellery, leather goods and other customised pieces, may be made to order or specially produced for the customer.

Production times vary depending on the product, materials, customisation and workshop.

Where a product is made to order, the estimated production timeframe will normally be stated on the relevant product page.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Australian Shipping

We deliver throughout Australia using reputable postal and courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch will vary according to the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Regional and remote locations may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

Maison de Poljak welcomes international customers and offers worldwide shipping to many destinations.

International delivery times vary according to the destination, carrier, customs processing and shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping chargeand remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Maison de Poljak does not control customs charges or processing times imposed by foreign authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact Maison de Poljak as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control—including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other transportation disruptions—may affect delivery.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the shipment with the relevant carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately due to product availability, production location or fulfilment requirements.

Where this occurs, you may receive more than one parcel and separate tracking information.

Packaging

Maison de Poljak products are prepared and packaged with care. Selected products may include presentation or gift packaging as specified on the individual product page.
